Please do not ask us to remove the shipping insurance fee, we require it on all shipments. If the package is damaged or lost, the shipper eats the cost not the buyer, so as a seller of consignment items we take this precaution with all listings! Returns. Although it is rare, returns are accepted under the following guidelines buyer must contact seller within 3 days of receiving the item with any problems. The buyer must notifyi and get approval from the seller before returning any items or your refund will be void.
Items must be return postmarked within 7 days of receipt of item unless other arrangements have been made. Any sealed or boxed items umst be returned unopened in their original state. If the item is damaged, seller wlil send buyer instructions for assisting in filing a claim. Damaged items must be brought to teh carrier by the buyer, if a damaged item is shipped/returned to the seller the insurance is void on the item. Failure to comply with the above polciies may result in a refund not being issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will be equal to 100% of the auction ending price and will not include a refund of original shipping costs.
